Cecilia Isabel Aguirre auxiliar del Procurador de los Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.notijalapa.net\/noticias\/2023\/10\/19\/preinscripciones-en-el-cemucaf-ya-estan-abiertas\/\">MIRA: Preinscripciones en el CEMUCAF ya est\u00e1n abiertas<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es promover los derechos humanos de los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as, pero sobre todo que ellos tambi\u00e9n gestionen antes las autoridades diversas actividades educativas, para que m\u00e1s ni\u00f1os sepan cuales son sus derechos y obligaciones.
